Purpose, scope and requirements
Define what the system must deliver and where its boundary sits.
01 / LEARN THE METHOD
A quality management system follows work from a requirement to a result. Start with the customer promise, then identify the processes and people who make it possible.
Keep three layers separate: a requirement, a documented method, and evidence the method happened. A missing record in one sample is a question until you have checked where else the evidence might be.
CF-01 defines the order; CF-02 and CF-03 show parts of the execution trail.
02 / BUILD YOUR ARTIFACT
Write a scope statement for the fictional bracket workflow and identify the first evidence you would request.
03 / MAKE THE CALL
Which item is the clearest product acceptance criterion?
04 / CHECK YOUR WORK
Read your answers against these three criteria. A checked box records your review; an instructor still evaluates the work.
